Office staff is less than professional. After waiting for a month for an appointment that I had to call and inquire about I was told my doctor's office needed to send over my information. Found out they had a month ago called back only to be told they still didn't have it. Then the next day I get a call to schedule an appointment 2 weeks later. Only on the day of the appointment to get a call that the doctor had an emergency at 9:00 am for a 2:30 pm appointment. To say I was disappointed in his staff and how they handled this is an under statement. Most professionals have a doctor to fill in when they have an emergency and know about it 5 hours in advance.
