The first time I met Dr. Zamiri I was impressed. He was personable and agreeable with continuing my previous course of treatment. Then it went downhill. First he tried to switch me from injectables to IV infusions, presumably because he can make more money by offering the infusions in house. Then he outright lied about the status of my pharmacy insurance claim. I was told “my appeal had been approved” when no appeal had even been filed. After the first meeting all I ever saw were his NPs. In the middle of COVID he stopped offering phone appointments - why put immune suppressed patients at unnecessary risk? Also, good luck getting phone calls returned.

Dr. Zamiri and his entire staff are professional, helpful, and most of all he has stabilized my arthritis. I have recommended Dr. Zamiri to many and would never recommend a doctor that i don't trust. I have never waited long and his staff returns calls promptly. I think the key is to realize that we are not the only patient he has although honestly when i am in the office they all make me feel as though i am the most important patient they see! Highly recommend him!!!

If you do not have a severe case, this doctor is fine. If you, unfortunately, do have a severe case, find someone else. My mother has been his patient for 8 years and she is doing fine. On the other hand, I had a different experience. In his defense, I had an extreme case. He diagnosis me but was unable to stabilized my condition. I prefer doctors that are honest with me and tell me they do not know what to do. Someone who would recommended me to another doctor. This doctor is arrogant. He did not like when I looked for 2nd opinions. He would only visit once in my multiple hospital stays of over 20 days and said he did not know I was still there. My primary doctor eventually transferred me to a good doctor at UCLA.

I saw the Dr. 8 days ago for the 1st time, have no insurance so the office visit cost me $350 which I pain in full. I had my complete medical record and blood tests from my primary care provider. Dr. confirmed that I have RA but wanted to test my liver before prescribing any medication for me. Told me to call the office Friday afternoon to get the lab results, called Friday no labs...his staff said call Monday...I called Monday no labs, his staff said call Wednesday. I called this morning no labs.....called this afternoon staff said no labs.....My husband wanted to speak with the Dr. they gave him the office manager. He tried to tell her that we have had to basically hound them to find out what is going on. His staff is rude the no not listen they talk over you and make excuses. Office manager said labs are there just waiting for Dr. to review them, she said that he ran all these blood tests that He told us he was not running. So long story short $350 dollars to find out what I already knew and still waiting for some relief to all this inflammation and pain. If I was a Dr. and knew my staff was handling my patients like this I would be beyond upset. Long story short.....I would not recommend this doctor because of his staff.

His office staff is so rude including the manager. He does not care about his patient needs or doing further testing.

Do not see this doctor. He cares more about making money than he cares about his patients. His staff leaves you on hold for great lengths. If you call within 15 minutes of opening or closing, frequently they will have phones off and turned over to answering service. He does not respond in an emergency!

Saw him for 10-years. Thought he was great but did not understand why he requested I see him every 3-months. When we were out if town recently I forgot my medication and contacted his office explaining that I only needed a few pills just until I returned home and it was an emergency since the pharmacist and pill contraindications noted if stopped immediately I could have a seizure. This was denied! He is the prescribing doctor. Obviously, he does not care about his patients! I contacted my internist who, thankfully, authorized the 10 pills needed.
