Completely incompetent. Couldn't see past her ego. Provided no help in a diagnosis, didn't feel a transfer was medically necessary and couldn't provide the same level of care. Had a false hypothesis to my condition and had to pay out of pocket for transportation costs due to her refusing a signature. After transferred and further tests were taken it was found I had lumps on my thyroid. Which never would have been found if I had stayed with Fleak. Horrible experience and completely unprofessional.
