His demeanor seems standoffish at first but, this is a result of his professionalism as a tester. When delivering results, it's clear he listens to everything and is very considerate of every underlying factor that may impact test results. Psychological test can be subjective and it takes a true expert in the field to discern what and how things influence these results. Not only did he deliver my results, he explained what those results ment for me and how I could utilize my results in the future. In my experience, most medical professionals simply deliver results and then vaguely answer anything you think to ask about. This is the first time I've ever ended an appointment without any related questions or concerns lingering on my mind off and on throughout the day.
