Didn’t listen to me or understand what I said Wouldn’t give me diagnosis. Treatment was not helpful. Waited 45min to be seen. Wasted my time.

Doctor performed routine colonoscopy. The prescribed preparations did not fully worked on me, and I let doctor and his staff know about that when we arrived for procedure, I was assured that it's okey, and that they will "clean me up" during the procedure. Nevertheless, after procedure I was told that they were able to check only 1/3 of my colon (and removed one polyp) and that I need to go for another colonoscopy again with different preparation. My insurance covers only one routine colonoscopy per 10 years, so second procedure will be out of my pocket. The best what doctor and his staff could offer me - financing.
