This Dr was stone cold as I cried in pain. He prescribed a phsyc med and told me to take 4,000 mg of Tylenol (over the limit) refuses to prescribe opiods. He missed babesiosis and a chiari malformation. I also got diagnosed with lupus at 13. He had no empathy whatsoever.

There isn't a single physician I know who is more thorough than Dr. Berces. I was sick and thought I might have meningitis again. Dr. Berces asked questions, listened and gave me a thorough physical exam head to toe. I was confident in his view that I didn't have meningitis. He then told me if anything changed in the least bit, I was to call him immediately. The next day, he called me. That's dedication. Nurses at a local nursing home complain he "takes too long" with patients. From a patient perspective, that's a thorough doctor! He's very astute and doesn't gloss over anything. Friendly, but definitely intent on diagnosis and treatment. He doesn't push pills and send you home.
