Made the appt. 2 weeks in advance. Told staff I need a medical doctor to follow a genetic disorder & I was followed at Hopkins Wilmer Clinic medical doctors. Staff reassured me I would have Dr. Fueler, M.D.. Kept waiting 45 minutes in a dim exam room( without dilation drops). After 25 mins. flagged a staff and asked if I should re-schedule. She giggled and said dr. on her way. During exam I asked the dr. what days she did surgery and found out she was indeed NOT an MD but a doctor of optometry. This young girl went on to explain, "I could have been an MD/surgeon, I have the college credits, but I can't stand sight of blood." Yeah, right! I never got an itemized bill. Asked 2 x and requested again via email. I had to pay a $99 co-pay. Had it been a true M.D. - the co-pay would have only been $15. I felt duped when I left there.

I saw Dr. Feulner for the first time a few weeks ago. The staff seemed to genuinely not care & treat me like a number. When the doctor finally came in I was confused because she was dressed as if she were going out dancing. Not professional at all! No white coat over her tank top.
Why do all eye centers now think they need to include cosmetic procedures in their offices? I'm there for my eyes, not for lasers on my face....she doesn't go over hr diagnosis either. Good luck at this facility.
