Lots of knowledge and experience and an awesome person as well. I went to Dr Delcore for a total hip replacement and can say nothing but great things about him and his staff. His all-inclusive prices are exceedingly helpful to someone like me without health insurance. I paid exactly what his website said I would pay and nothing more.

Dr Delcore spent considerable time in my pre-op appointment answering all of my questions about the procedure. On surgery day, everything went well and I was up and walking with the aid of a walker immediately after waking from surgery. He came by my room later that day and the next to check up on my progress.

I was able to leave a little over 24 hours after surgery, but I was also welcome to stay another night at no additional cost.

If you go to another facilty, can you be sure of who will do your surgery? I felt comforted knowing that Dr Delcore was my surgeon.

If I ever need orthopedic surgery again, I will certainly be calling the Cedar City Orthopaedic Surgery Center. They are the best! As long as I live, I will be a walking billboard for Dr Randy Delcore.

Where do I start ? I am beyond grateful to doctor Delcore and his entire staff at cedar orthopedic specialty surgery center. I tore my acl in the right knee for the second time 10 years apart. I was uninsured and consider myself lucky to have come across doctor Delcore on google. I made the call to inquire and it was the best decision I made. The Process was very smooth for anyone considering medical tourism. He personally called me and we spoke on the phone for 40 mins, answered all my questions, concerns and went over what to expect. Pricing was unbelievable as mentioned on his website, very clear no hidden fees while providing the same level or even better care/surgeon. I live in Vegas and made the drive which was less than 3 hours, I had my surgery and was back home the same day. I also have to mention just how amazing and friendly everyone was with me. From the doctor himself to Kaylan the patient coordinator to the anesthesiologist WES and literally everyone in the clinic.

I am a self pay patient, and after having my total hip replacement surgery cancelled at the last minute by my local surgeon, I decided to search "Medical Tourism in the USA." That is how I found Dr. Delcore. Not only did he and his caring staff do a wonderful job, they made the whole trip a positive experience, while charging me $10,000 less than my local surgical hospital. At 18 days out, I walking unaided most of the time and without pain killers. I would gladly make the 600 mile trip each way, should I need an orthopaedic surgeon again.

Dr.Delcore has been my doctor for over 13 years. Hes definitely the best in town. He has a fabulous center including on site MRI, surgery center and physical therapy. This is so convenient when your in pain or broke down because you get great care all in one location! Yes, you may experience lengthy waits but he and staff stay late and come early to accommodate their patients. Who wants to wait and see a doctor in 3 weeks or a month when they are broke down or in pain! He does all he can to get you in within the week. So yes, you may have a 2 hr. wait but never a 3 week wait. I can handle that! He truly cares about his patients and does all he can to help them out. Unlike other doctors or hospitals in the area, he accepts you no matter what financial situation you are in. he doesn't check your insurance before he decides he can see you our not, nor does he require a $500 bill before you walk in his doors. Anything you have done in his surgery center will cost you half of what the hospital will charge you...guaranteed! Plus there's no hospital atmosphere and the staff will give you the attention and care you need the ENTIRE time you are there. I have much respect for this man and we'll continue taking my parents, children and friends to see him.

Dr. Delcore has treated my little Chloe's club foot since she was 2 weeks old. She is now 6. He is the only reason she can run, jump, dance and be an active little girl! We have to drive a few hours to get to his office,so for all these years he has made special arrangements to accommodate us! Coming early and staying late! He and his wonderful staff have been and continue to be absolutely wonderful! They go above and beyond what they "Have To Do"! There will never be a way to express or thank him and his amazing staff enough! WE LOVE YOU DR DELCORE!!

Always expect an HOUR wait! Once you get in the room there will be another hour wait. He has a two tiered practice. Those with good insurance or wealthy in town get the best treatment with the Dr. all others (Medicare/Medicaid) are delegated to the physicians assistant. Delcore really pushes surgery, his on site MRI's/cat scans and procedures. I was smart enough to get a second opinion. If you have lots of nerve damage you need to seek someone with more skill in that area. If you have children or Grandkids on a state program (chip/medicaid? they will not except Molina insurance at all!

ALWAYS on time on OR day! He ALWAYS does hands on positioning with his patients, leading the surgical team. Very organized! Spends waiting time reviewing his surgical plan with x-rays, then executes the plan. His patients OR time is much less than other docs, here or in any other city in Utah=less blood loss, less $$, better outcomes. He works quickly and is NOT sloppy. Yes, he can come off like a pouty teenager sometimes, but he values team & team work and his patients benefit because of this. This is the go-to guy in S. Utah for Ortho!!

Dr. Delcore definitely knows his stuff. He can be abrupt, and he is very busy with limited time and a very full waiting area. But, as i said, he knows his stuff. He was very good with my son's broken arm and my daughter's inward toe gait.
