Dr. Toyserkani struggles with explaining diagnosis and treatment, is rushed during appointments and frequently cancels appointments with little notice. Her assistants and the staff at Digestive Disease center range from friendly and helpful to outright rude, confrontational and disinterested in improving the patient experience. Messages are rarely if ever returned as it appears staff are encouraged to schedule in person appointments so they can bill insurance repeatedly just to give info like test results. Please note there are no RN's on staff at Digestive Disease so there's no chance of speaking to anyone other than the doctor who has a medical license. Beware of the "medical" advice given out by assistants who are not qualified to do so.
