My mom was really badly hurt in a car accident and suffers from serious post concussive problems with her memory and her emotions. The accident turned her whole life around and she is really suffering . Her insurance company (NJM) forced her to be 'evaluated' by this Ms. Tremaine. This 'evaluator' is oddly not on any staff of any hospital in this state or country like any real doctor. This therapist refused to abide by the law and safely and professionally ACTUALLY EXAMINE my mom, insisting that (besides her being vaccinated) that this 'exam' be done via a brief video chat. How can just catting with my mom like she does to her own friends in a brief FaceTime call considered in any world a legit examination? Based on this brief call, where my mom broke down several times, this Ms. Tremaine refused to grant my mom the only treatment she helping cure her devastating memory problems, instead saying she only needs psych help! It's basically unethically denying life-saving care to my mom and then calling her crazy to boot! This Ms. Tremaine's unprofessional decision has caused my mom so be so filled with hopelessness that we were worried about leaving her alone. This therapist shouldn't be in charge of anyone's healthcare.
