I found Dr. Inouye to be very nice & explained in full detail just what was wrong with me & just what he was going to do to correct the problem.I was very pleased with the surgery he did and would highly recommend him to any of my family or friends.I also would like to add, that I especialy like his bedside matter, he made you feel very comfortable & not just a number in in File!!..Thank you Dr. Inouye for all you've done for me !

Dr. Inouye is an outstanding Doctor and Surgeon. He removed my thyroid and made a horrible illness and scary procedure so easy for me. He is the best! He was very highly recommended by 2 friends (that don't know each other). He is so skilled and I noticed, and have been told by many people that you can not even see a scar. My complex surgery went better than I imagined. Dr. I was so caring, professional and easy to talk to. I was very confident in him and I also highly recommend him, especially as you need a very experienced Doctor for this surgery. The office staff is the best also! I am and forever will be so grateful to Dr. I and everyone there!!

Dr. Inouye was very professional and had a wonderful bedside manner. I went to him for surgery that could have turned out to be something bad. He was very good at answering my question and making me feel reassured that I had chosen the right doctor. He took the time to explain everything to me and not once seemed rushed to move on to another patient. Everything turned out wonderfully. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Even his office staff was pleasant to work with. They were very nice and organized and had everything I needed taken care of before I even had to ask.

Dr. Inouye and his staff have been taking care of our 6 year old daughter for ear infections since she was 2. Everytime we went to the office it was a tremendous experience. They treated her as if she was their own child.

Dr. Inouye is the best ENT!! "Yuki" did 3 surgeries on my neck because I had thyroid cancer. I had excellent results from the surgeries that he performed and he is also a perfectionist when it comes to suturing(the scar is one straight line rather than the usual "railroad tracks"). He takes as much time as the patient needs to discuss any diagnoses/treatment, etc. and will answer any question that you may have. He does not make you feel like you are being rushed. Dr. Inouye's office staff is also excellent...they are courteous and very helpful! I would definitely recommend Dr. Inouye!!
