I had been suffering from sinusitis and nasal polyps for about two years. I had to go through a series of allergy tests getting lots of injections. The results said I was allergic to dust mites and cat's hair. I have never had cats as a pet or had direct contacts with them. Well, dust mites are everywhere. I purchased air purifiers and tripled my war against dust. I had many treatments to deal with my condition. Nothing changed my health. Dr. Shaari advised me to consider surgery and he explained why.
After about a month, I decided to have the surgery.
i had an appointment with Dr. Massayuki Inouye ; he explained in details, listened to and answered all my questions and concerns.
On May 11, Dr. Inouye performed the surgery. From the very beginning he and his team have done their job professionally. I felt the team's empathy all the time, before and after the operation.
I have had two postsurgery visits to Dr. Inouye. Asked me various question about my recovery, and again, he answered all my question with regards to my recovery. I have honestly had peace of mind being his patient. Right now, I am feeling better and I notice improvement breathing. I am also recovering my sense of smell.

Dr. Inouye performed thyroid tumor removal (noncancerous) on my 81 year old mother. He is an expert in his field not to mention caring and unassuming. He is the best.

gave very through and easy to understand explanations. great surgeon - had half my thyroid removed 2 weeks ago and the scar is minimal and can tell it will barely be visible in time. felt very comfortable in his hands.
