I have been waiting more than 4 months to get in to see Dr. Alm. I just received a phone call one week before my scheduled appointment and was told that my appointment was cancelled and would not be rescheduled because of unforeseen circumstances. I was not offered an appointment with the other doctor in the group. No additional help was offered.
