Pleasant, but didn't much look at me when talking to me. Mostly looked down...Didn't volunteer a lot of information......I had to do a lot of asking. He seemed knowledgeable. Seemed to have inverted personality. Don't know if he would ever make a dominant decision. Hope I don't have to find out.......

Parma reps more important than patients. 2 seen by doctor and staff while our father had to wait 45 minutes.
Front office staff bad attitude front to back. Happy face when lattes delivered by pharma rep.
Doctor hardly spoke or looked at our father. Always spoke about him in 3rd person, didn’t bother to look at EKG. Never introduced himself, just walked out of exam room.
