Throughout the years that my children saw this doctor I was frequently disappointed with the staff. I respect the doctor and his experience. I considered the constant errors by his staff an annoying inconvenience until recently when my child was denied care due to what was acknowledged to me as an error on their part. Now I am in the position of having to find a new doctor immediately for my child's complex medical situation.
