My children and I love Dr. Brown as she is always friendly and helpful however, the staff could be a little friendlier (more inviting) and engaging with the patients. It doesn't cost anything to smile or to say hello or thank you.

I have been to Mrs. T. Brown-Price many times, and although I like her I don't like her lab techs. They aren't gentle when giving shots. The last time my child had an immunization the nurse asked me to restrain my child and she just stabbed him into his leg. I will not return.
