Cancer is a daunting diagnosis but the radiation team at Martha Jefferson Hospital led by Dr Cynthia Spaulding is phenomenal. They go above and beyond to ensure my success, my safety, and my comfort throughout my treatments. They also worked my treatments into my busy schedule allowing me to work full-time during my 7 weeks of daily treatments. They are compassionate professionals that DO treat you as family. I have never experienced such an amazing group. It's made my cancer journey tolerable and semi-enjoyable. And every patient I have met in the waiting room has had the same experience. It's nice to know such talent with compassion exists.
