Dr. Michelle Higerd is by far the worst doctor I have ever come in contact with. She is completely incompetent. Her staff is even worse. If you are a person who has kidney disease and you feel like you have to see this doctor, think again. Please go out and find a new nephrologist. To sum up Dr. Higerd and her staff in a few words, it would be "they don't care about the patient AT ALL". It is a sad office with poor care. I never add reviews online for anything but I felt I needed to tell others the truth about this doctor. When someone becomes a doctor, I think it should be a calling and that person should really want to help people. This woman is so far from that, it's scary. People need to know.
