I wish I could have given her no star. Totally unprofessional attitude and has no respect for the noble profession. Not geared at all towards patient wellbeing...but cares about just everything else. Specifically took an appointment for a procedure and went there and she informed me that she cannot perform the procedure as insurance did not cover of cost. This of course was done after charging my copayment and billing the insurance. Stay away from her if possible.

Smitha at the onset was a 'caring doctor' but somewhere along the years became indifferent towards many of her patients. I know several, including myself, long time patients, who have left her care for the same reasons. She has allowed her office manager too much leeway in accessing patients and both the doctor and office manager have become increasingly arrogant. Her reputation has been tarnished by her own doing. I would not recommend her.

the dr has no understanding of what shes doing. seems like shes more into the way she looks than the care of her patients. takes temperature with the back of her hand instead of looking for a thermometer and diagnoses you with whatever she feels like. very rude and pompous. do NOT go to her.

I do not recommend this doctor. Dr. Manoj does NOT spend any time with her patients, does NOT complete thorough physicals (check weight, blood pressure, ear check, etc.) and does NOT review her notes from your prior visit with her. You often have to remind her of what to do, to which she gives you attitude about (Hello getting bloodwork done is normal). To make it worse, she has a very unprofessional and downright nasty staff member.

Great doctor! Very courteous, professional and empathetic. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. I've been seeing her for about 6 yrs now. Highly recommended.
