Nice staff, overcrowded office. I made multiple visits over a long period of time because I needed IV antibiotics instead of oral for a lingering serious infection in my kidney and elsewhere. She seemed unconcerned and after a long period of time I was finally offered two entire days of antibiotics. I ran. I was successfully treated by an out-of-state physician who saw my situation was serious and put me on IV antibiotics immediately for weeks until I was cured.

If there was a lower rating I would choose IT. Doesn't listen to anything you tell her. The whole office is very unprofessional. She was the closest but the 2 1/2 hr. drive I'm making now is worth it to have a Dr. that cares and leaves no stone unturned.

Excellent personality and knowledge, unfortunately they no longer have an arrangement of accepting Ryan White copays, however, I've chossen to paid my own copays to continue being her patient.
