Since the decision whether or not to have the surgery is being left up to me, I'd like to have another session to discuss my concerns and have my accumulating questions answered. However, I've been to your facility twice and both times have left feeling like I was rushed out and am hesitant to ask if I can have an appointment - just to 'talk.' I do however, get the feeling that I'd be in good hands if I did decide to go ahead with the surgery.
