Waited for months for an appointment because my doctor closed his doors. Got stuck in traffic and arrived 10 minutes late. Dr Chen refused to see me. I’ve been very sick and will now have to establish care somewhere else. The doctors office and staff is uncaring and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and will never return

Doctor Chen is rude, dismissive, arrogant, and unprofessional. He acts bored while you describe your symptoms. He bragged about his upcoming Yellowstone vacation and asked lots of questions about my husband, but ignored my symptoms and family history completely. Never called with my test results and his staff mis-scheduled me TWICE. Thousands of $ and two months later, I'm starting over with a new doctor.

Excellent! I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis by Dr. Chen. He was compassionate and explained things to me in a way that it was easy to understand. Sometimes I have to wait, but he is worth it!

The wait time is terrible and some of the staff is incompetent. The doctor is rude and dismissive. Find another physician as I didn.
