Dr Baptiste took $12,000 from my daughter for orthodontic work on my two grandsons . He suddenly left the practice in April. We have unable to get a refund for the work that was not completed. This is both criminal and unethical

This review is not a review of any one practice, it is about Marvin Baptiste. This man should NEVER practice again. He just walked out early on his last day and left the rest of his patients with no orthodontist. My daughter was supposed to have her braces off at 4:30 and I got a call at 3:30 that he GOT UP AND WALKED OUT! I’ve paid in full for her treatment and now I have to find another orthodontist and pay them to see her. He didn’t even finish filling out transfer paperwork for patients so they may not be able to be seen by another orthodontist! Piece of garbage!!
