The Dr is awesome. However, the majority of the office staff are rude, incompetent, and leave me not even wanting to call the office. It's too bad, I'd like to continue with Dr Appleton but I can't deal with the rude miserable staff. Especially the younger woman who sets up follow up and the woman who reschedules.... Nerve wracking and painful.

Dr. Appleton was very caring and professional at all times. He actually listened to problems I was having and did not rush me.

Dr. Appleton was very professional and offers a great bedside caring personality. He took the time to listen to my concerns and offered me options for treatment which we discussed. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a quick decision.
