Dr. Wilson is a surgeon who understands my concerns and worries that I had after a botched lower eyelid surgery performed by a Doctor who practices in Portsmouth. I found out after my surgery with this prior surgeon , his license was suspended for a month before my surgery !!! I was in shock how quickly he was reinstated..
Dr. Wilson calmed my nerves and promised that he would fix the work that was performed. He said he would not let me walk around looking the way I do. It will unfortunately take some time but I believe it all will be resolved. He he truly is an asset to the profession of plastic surgery.

Dr. Wilson is an amazing plastic surgeon. He is very meticulous with his work. I see him frequently for Botox and he does an amazing job. He knows all the “new and up coming” technology and techniques. He truly puts his heart and soul into his work. He honestly is at the top for plastic surgeons.

When I booked consultation with Dr. Wilson's office, I specifically asked if he did fat grafting to the breast, and I told them, I had adhesions to left & right of chest. I did not want to drive an hour each way to see him for him to tell me, BEFORE he examined me...i had no hope 4 a small breast mound, only scar revision. He exhibited zero compassion. I asked him if he had some photos to share, he said no patient's had given him photo permission. Clearly, a good surgeon will have some photos to show the pride in their work and skill set. He does not endorse fat grafting, and he is not confident to do something that he does not do often, as it takes a special training and technique. A good doctor will show their work. Their are some great doctors that can take on patients that are either thin, or have scar tissue, and do amazing work. A patient has to be their own strong advocate. You want a doctor that can be truly compassionate. Masectomy patients want to find a doc that can give them a reasonable outcome.

Dr. Wilson recently perdiex a breast reduction on me. I was extremely nervous, but he answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. I'm super happy with the results. I would recommend him and his office to others. All staff were kind and helpful and got back to me right away.

I was aware of Dr. Zeff's practice through a few friends and acquaintances who have had procedures done by the doctor and were pleased with the results.
I'm a 56 year "young" working woman with a career in sales. My eyes were making me look tired even when I was perfectly rested. I need to work for another decade and need to look my best. I had never had any work done before but decided for the sake of job security, to go in for a consultation.
The had a great deal of skin on my upper eye lids; one worse than the other. This was to some degree the result of eye surgery as a young child with a lazy eye. I also had puffy sacks of fat underneath my eyes which further contributed to the tired look.
Dr Zeff suggested an upper and lower blepheroplasty. I spoke with my insurance carrier and after having an eye test with an ophthalmologist, I was approved for coverage on the upper eyes. This was wonderful news as it afforded me the ability to do the bottom eyes as well.
I soon learned that Dr. Zeff did not accept insurance, however, Dr. Anthony Wilson, a new doctor to the practice, did accept insurance.
I was somewhat reluctant to have Dr. Wilson perform the upper eye surgery since I had no personal reference for him. That said, I couldn't afford to do both the upper and lower eyes without insurance. Based on Dr. Zeff's reputation, I decided to give Dr. Wilson a try. Together, Dr. Wilson performed the upper eye blepharoplasty and Dr. Zeff the lower eye surgery. The result is great. I'm so happy I had it done and I'm so pleased with both Dr Wilson and Dr. Zeff's work. I feel I got the best of all worlds, the seasoned experience and skill of Dr. Zeff and the youthful experience and skill of Dr. Wilson.

my first experience with dr. Wilson was an appointment for volume in the cheek area with fillers and he had mentioned to me another option that is more permanent, fat transfer to the area I had been using fillers for. He was very informative about the procedure and made me feel extremely comfortable with making my decision on going through with the procedure. Since then, I had the procedure done and I can honestly say I am extremely overjoyed with the results!
he made sure we were on the same page with the end results I was hoping for.
He is quite the perfectionist with his work also and I absolutely appreciate the time he takes to make sure his work is "on point".
I would recommend anyone to him, I've also recommended my own mother to him.

Dr. Wilson is a gem! He takes the time to really evaluate everything with you, and provides his recommendation. He has great bed side manner & is a perfectionist! Dr. Wilson really takes pride in having you look you best. I trust him so much, that my mother is his patient as well. He will definitely be going to him for a long time!

Dr. Wilson is extremely knowledgeable and has a great eye for aesthetics. He was able to inject my Botox and filler with ease and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The results are exactly what I asked for and I love it! I have referred many friends to him already and they are very impressed and will definitely be returning to his office!
