The front office staff is very rude. The first impression is a lasting one, and right when they answer the phone you can hear that you have bothered them with the attitude of just saying the facility name. The ONLY reason I continue to go to this office is because Dr. Dinicola is an awesome doctor and his back office ladies are friendly, prompt in any type of communication and always have a smile on their face. If it weren't for a complete difference of the front and back office, I would have looked for another physician years ago.

I love Dr. Dinicola and Sheila. They have gone above and beyond in care for my children and made sure my sons fever was going down before letting us go numerous times. However, be prepared that the front office staff can be quite rude and condescending and lack sensitivity training completely...especially the blond and redhead. Doctor and Sheila are worth the hassle but it's awful that their front staff have caused them to lose patients.

I have taken both of my children to Dr. Dinicola for years. We dealt with his horribly rude and unprofessional office staff because we really liked him as a doctor. However, a little over a year ago we had enough and took our business to another doctor very reluctantly. We still believe that Dr. Dinicola is a great doctor, but he cannot control his office staff and they truly make the experience a horrible one. It's very disappointing.

Worst office staff that I have ever dealt with. They are rude on the phone, rude when you are in the office, and not helpful at all. I wish i could tell you all of the problems that we had at our visits, but there is not enough characters in this text box to even begin. Save your time and DO NOT GO to this office. Dr. Dinicola is nice, but unfortunately dealing with his office staff and nursing staff is not worth it. My kids hated it there.

Staff is rude..especially front office. Nurses don't seem very friendly either..hours aren't that great and you can't get in for a while..I had Dr. Bhogal and I loved her and her whole staff..Dr. Dinacola is nice and friendly but, he needs a staff to match..

I accompanied my daughter when she took my 5 year old grandaughter for her kindergarten check up and vaccinations to Dr. Dinicola's. I was shocked at the rudeness from the nurse. She did not explain anything she was going to do nor did she offer any comforting words when she observed fear and hesitation from my grandaughter, instead was irritated and did not hide that emotion. When she returned with another nurse after the Dr had completed the exam, it was like something out of a horror show the way she administered the shots, there were 6 of them and it was like a stab and grab operation with not a single word spoken. She is traumatized forever from this rudeness. Because of their neglect in not administering a vaccination, we had to take her to the lab for a blood draw, at 5 years of age! I have to report however, that the nurse at the blood draw was wonderful in comparison, she actually spoke to my grandaughter. How does a practice who deals with impressionable children stay open??

The office staff was very unfriendly, namely the nurse who "tried" to do a routine check up for entering kindergarten! I would think someone working with children would actually enjoy being around them!! We had to come back to the office on 3 different occasions and still didn't get the help we needed!! Very disappointing!! I agree, the Dr. does seem like a very sweet man, if you ever get to see him!

The office staff is ridiculously rude and inconsiderate. It is truly your word against theirs. They are very quick to place the blame on someone else. Appointments are hard to make and they are the only facility that I deal with that does not provide you with a courtesy reminder call. It is the only medical facility that I do not recommend to other people that I know, and I am quick to recommend good facilities. It is truly a shame because Dr. Dinacola is a sweet man when you do get to see him.

The physician is always friendly, that is if you get a chance to see him. If you have an emergency after hours, the answering service will never page him. You are always directed to the Pedi-Center regardless of the emergency.

I called to set up an interview to meet the doctor before the birth of my first baby. I was shut out right on the phone. The receptionist said that the doctor does not do interviews and to just have the hospital say I wanted Dr. Dinacola. I even offered to pay cash for a visit to meet him. She said no and repeated to have the hospital just call him when I was in labor. I would like to know the doctor before. What if we didn't like the way each other practices, etc.? Looks like I will keep looking. I was disappointed to say the least.
