I was so disappointed with this doctor. I echo what the other posters said about feeling unheard and how frustrating it is to feel like you have to jump through hoops to get a simple referral to a specialist. Awful.

Did not listen to my concerns and misdiagnosed what was wrong with me. She pretty much brushed me off and refused to treat the condition I had. Next day I needed to go to urgent care and that Dr. was very helpful unlike this doctor.

Same as other reviewers. I do a lot of research before seeing a doc becuase I've learned the hard way KPP is not thorough. Despite being specific, I get what feels like copy and pasted responses both in person and via email. Like I might as well consult e-how and be done with it.

Saw this doc (who works at Kaiser Oakland now) once and it was a terrible experience. She misdiagnosed, did not listen to me, and it was like pulling teeth to get a referral for a simple X-ray (which proved she was wrong). The visit was quite unsettling. She was curt and rude to this older woman, and I won't be going back!
