The best experience with a physician I've ever had!!! I was referred to see a dermatologist for my reoccurring condition. I called about Dr. Romanelli, and the person on the phon was very nice and very accommodating. Called on Monday, was able to get in that same week on Wednesday. All the staff in their facility was very nice and helpful. Dr. Romanelli Was on time, he was so patient and so attentive, he listened to all of my complaints/consents, answered all of my questions, had a little chat with me to learn more about my condition. I've never felt that comfortable with any other doctor I've ever seen in my life. He was very proactive about immediate treatment, and knowledgeable and honest about further prognosis and prevention, and referred me to a different specialist that would be a better fit to look for underlying cause of the reoccurrence. He has incredible bed side manners, he made sure to make eye contact with me while talking to me, he was always making me aware of what is going on, and was so understanding of my pain and discomfort.
I had to get incision and drainage done. He did the procedure right away, and he was so incredibly gentle, as much as he could while still getting done what needed to be done. Very proficient and caring. I am blown away by his professionalism and patience. His nurse Britney deserves a separate shout out, she stood by my side gently stroking my shoulder and petting me on the back while I was getting that painful procedure done, it might sound silly, but it helped me so much to deal with pain! Amazing healthcare providers!!!

I've now been in to see Dr. Romanelli twice and I've been very pleased with him and the entire staff. He has a warm and caring nature and my issue is being resolved quicker than I thought it would. He hasn't tried to up sell any products or services at all. I would highly recommend him and will trust him with any future dermatology issues that may arise.

I saw him last year for a problem and I thought he did a great job. The office was very nice and they were right on time. He was very patient, answered all of my questions, and more importantly took care of the problem.

My appointment with Dr. Romanelli occurred at the Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group office at 1333 W. Belmont. He and his staff were all warm and welcoming. They were exactly on time to see me. I brought a history of prior illnesses/surgeries, as well as current meds, other doctors I see (internist, etc.) Dr. Romanelli, and the nurse who worked with him, were thorough in asking me what issue brought me in for an appointment (in my case, psoriasis), and took an extensive medical history. Dr. Romanelli was extremely kind and very respectful of physical boundaries during my examination, which set me at complete ease. He discussed my condition, and shared all means of treating the condition, discussing the pros/cons of each. For my own reference, he wrote out each medication for me, as well as when and how to take it. He answered all of my questions in a thoughtful and helpful way. My experience was entirely positive, and I highly recommend this doctor and practice!
