I was referred to Dr. Gupta by my Primary Care Physician when my A1C was out of control. Since I have been under Dr. Gupta's care, my A1C has been WELL UNDER CONTROL for approximately 8 years! Dr. Gupta is very thorough and she ALWAYS goes above and beyond - In this area, I would rate her more than 5 STARS. She also shares good recipes and meals for healthier eating. Staff made my appointment and after waiting 45 minutes told me they could not draw blood unless i see the doctor. the point was a blood draw so the next week i could see the dr. staff is dumb and non-caring. i think she hires employees who don't qualify to even work any other job. she is a great dr but i will not return because of all the ignorance in her front office.

LONG wait, more than 1.5 hours usually. Dr Gupta spent most of our visits, every 3 months, talking about herself. Most of her staff are unprofessional with lots of turnover there. Getting refills has often taken two weeks with multiple calls. Treating me for Hashimoto's, she was aware of my symptoms and my seeing Rheumatologist and Neurologist trying to figure out what's going on. She also sent me to a kidney Dr which was useless. After 10s of thousands of dollars in medical fees, including an unneccessary, and permanently scarring, muscle biopsy surgery from Neuro -another idiot, it's becoming clear that my symptoms are all related to my thyroid - So FRUSTRATED that she did not figure this out since it's practicaly textbook stuff! Looking for a new Endocrinologist. I am DONE.

My experience with Dr. Gupta is one of the worst I ever had in my life. Dr. Gutpa is very self absorbed and does not care about her patients. She spends the majority of the time talking about herself during the 15 minute office visit after waiting for hours in her office. I have only been seeing her for 6 months and her office staff has changed 3 times. I went to have bloodwork done\. There was no one to take the blood so she sent all her patients down to her dad's office. It took 2 hours to get bloodwork done. Her staff scheduled an appointment with me when they were closed for the holidays. Dr. Gupta is the worst Dr. ever.

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Gupta and her staff is they do not seem to care about the amount of time you have to wait to see the doctor. Have had three appointments. First was a 2.5 hour wait. I had to leave. The 2nd was a 1 hour wait. Saw doctor, charged fee, and told I had to do some tests. Went back for 3rd appointment to get results of test. 2 hour wait. I had other appointments, so I walked out. No rebate on the copay. Sorry. Surely there are better doctors in the Memphis area.

Saw her in 2016 and waited 1 hour in waiting room and 2 more in Pt room. I stick my head out and she was walking by with her lunch she had just finished and said “oh! No one told me you were here!!” Then the apt itself was a waste of time! She talked about throwing fire ants on her ex and was just venting to me about her ex and how he treated her... then she said I was prediabetic and said to set up a follow up. She did not listen to me but for maybe 5 mins out of the 30 she was in there.. seriously, be warned, don’t see this group! Very unprofessional. I have a good deal of medical knowledge from degrees in the field. She is the most self centered doc I have ever met!

Staff was absolutely terrible. I had to get lab work at the end of my visit , she had already turned the lights off at the lab station. She seemed totally irritated she had to turn the lights back on and draw my blood. The girl that took my vitals barely spoke to me. I am still trying to access my blood work that I had drawn over 3 weeks ago. Dr Gupta was pleasant enough but still has not helped me. Will not be going back.

Staff are so rude. They are actually having a problem amount themselves and the front desk lady was more concerned on throwing a tantrum instead of helping anyone. I have been there twice and waited a hour and a half just to see the doctor. They let people in to see the doctor before me when they arrived after me. I almost had to do labs again because they have lost my file. I really like the doctor but can not get over how the staff treat people. I have found someone else to see.

Very knowledgeable and concerned with my thyroid issues. She explains everything thoroughly and listens and answers all questions about my health. She does not keep her patients on a 15 minute schedule. If it takes 30 minutes or more to answer questions about your treatment, fears, or concerns she explains and listens. She does run behind schedule because her focus is on the patient she is with at that moment. I would definitely recommend her.

Very professional, enjoyed how through and knowledgeable she was. Treated my thyroid cancer extremely well and would not stop until it was all gone. If you have thyroid cancer or blood sugar issues, I would highly recommend.
