Wonderful doctor and NP! They spend a lot of time with you and are great about explaining things. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Puckett is a gentle and patient physician. When I met with Dr. Puckett, I was greatly impressed with his willingness to listen to my concerns and then present all my treatment options. I really felt like Dr. Puckett cared about my overall well-being. If I had questions, Dr. Puckett kindly answered my questions without judgement. Overall, I am very impressed with Dr. Puckett as a family physician.

Our doctor recently retired so we went to meet with Puckett to see if we wanted to use him. This man barely speaks. He seems to have no personality or interest in you as a patient. He gave us no level of comfort regarding on going care. Out of desperation my husband decided to give him a try. Our experience has been nothing but negative, primarily regarding his staff but ultimately he is responsible for them. My husband will be changing doctors.

The office Manager(Marcy) was very RUDE!! She told me to find myself another Doctor,that it would be best. This was all about questions about a medicine that was given to me by the doctor and not her. The doctor is really good and his other staff medical staff.

I did a follow up call on 10.5.11 and spoke with the office staff. I was informed that they were following the specialist instructions on the medication regimen via the specialist notes. I called the specialist and there was nothing in the notes stating to start a specific medication as informed by Dr. Pucketts office staff. I called Dr Pucketts office back and questioned Dr Pucketts office staff and and got the run around. I asked the office staff to read to me where in the specialist notes did it state to start the medication in question. The office staff could not read it because it does not state that per the specialist office. The specialist office read the note to me. I called at 0800 hours and it is now 1614 hours and no return call. :(
