She is very matter of fact. She knows what she's doing and is very helpful. My kids love her.

Staff was nice and helpful. Dr was always on time, which was nice for a change since most of the time we spend much more time in the waiting room. Dr was very matter-of-fact, to the point where she sometimes came across as cold and condescending. She also prescribed medication against the manufacturer's recommendations and when asked, would not write another script to meet manufacturer's specifications.

We appreciate how Dr. Eisenberg assures us not to "buy into" all the gimmicky stuff for newborns and "don't let people make you crazy" with their advice and so-called must-haves.
