This pediatrician and staff were very unprofessional at my last visit. She and a nurse at the office talked about my children, not realizing I could hear them through the door. She acted like I shouldn't have been in the office with my children because she had referred one of them to a specialist. However, the office never made the referral they were supposed to make. I never received a phone call from the office. This is common for this office. They have failed to call in antibiotics several times. I am continually having to call the office the next day after my children's appointment to remind them to call in their medication.
