Started out impressive, quoting examples of psychologists and books. As time went on he crossed the professional line by putting his personal life and experiences where they didn't belong. He disclosed too much about himself and turned the tables on me. I felt like I was his therapist. I was forced to end relationship abruptly

Some of these reviews on this forum are agitated lies from folks who need more than a psychologist in their lives. Dr Franzone is as professional and helpful as they come. Seeing many therapists over the years I can say first hand that he is a gem. Hard to come by a down to earth man like this who can guide you through the toughest times and also tell you where your wrong .Some people don’t seek out a therapist that tells them straight to their face that they have flaws and imperfections and problems that need correcting. These people look for an enabler who takes their money not a therapist who helps them.

Dr. Franzone was helpful with my issues in the beginning face to face which helped me get better. But during my last few video sessions on several occasions he became dismissive and judgemental while I was discussing issues that affected me while living in Pennsylvania my home was burglarized and vandalized by people who did not like my Puerto Rican flag being displayed in front of my house along with the American flag and Dr Franzone answer to that was why did I put the flag if I knew would be a problem which I felt that was victim-blaming and when I challenged him on it he denied it and stated that it was not victim-blaming I said it is victim-blaming and that I was also a victim of a hate crime so at this point I had no choice but the end is services he was fired. A psychologist it's supposed to help you with stressful issues and be professional I do not recommend his services. I am glad to say I'm doing a lot better and I've moved on.
