Dr. Ingrid Ying Chen is an amazing doctor. She listened and was very attentive to my concerns. She also has a down to earth personality. She spent so much time making sure all of my health concerns and needs were examined and cared for. She is one of the best doctors I have ever met. I'm lucky to have found a great doctor!
