He was very knowledgeable and honest. He also explained the underlying issues and offered alternative options with forecasts, best and worst-case scenarios for each option. The options were clear and I felt like I had the ability to decide the next steps. He did not rush or pressure any unnecessary dental work, which I truly appreciated.
