She yelled at me. I asked a question about a condition that would have been in addition to the reason for the appointment and she lost complete control of herself. She complained about how many patients she had; said that if I went to an outside doctor I would have to wait over 3 hours. She did not let me talk, instead continued to yell at me. It was abusive, unprofessional - there are not enough words to describe how appalling this woman's behavior was. The first time, I filed a complaint against her with the Patient Representative. The second time, I was forced to take my son to see her and she yelled at me again, then refused to see him, when I reminded her that I had already had to file a complaint against her and she "stormed off" the room. We were could not believe this woman. I asked an assistant to help us then Dr. Dubeck came back, believing we were gone; she was smiling as nothing had happened. I'm afraid this woman is "off"
