Dr. Sarah is wonderful! I was hesitant about seeing a chiropractor and not only has she eased my fears she has also eased my pain. I would highly recommend her and her entire practice (RMTs) as they have been nothing but welcoming, accommodating and healing for my family and I.

I started going to see Dr. Sarah Tregaskiss for a degenerative disc issue in my neck which caused me constant pain and stiffness. Right from the outset ... literally after the first treatment I experienced relief and now I am virtually pain free. I have been going for monthly visits for the past few years to have an adjustment performed and this routine treatment has basically eliminated all previous discomfort. I highly recommend Sarah - she is a very knowledgeable doctor and always takes time to explain things and answer any questions I may have. I would HIGHLY recommend her ! The staff at Sarah's office is top notch as well - Amanda keeps the office running smoothly and is very accommodating with Appointment changes that arise due to my changing schedule. Another benefit is they offer massage therapy at the office which is excellent. Great to have all this available at one location ! Make an apt. today, you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Sarah Tregaskiss has changed my opinion of Chiropractic Care 100%. Her approach is so genuine and she will do whatever she can to improve your quality of life. She gives hope when you think pain will take over your life. Sarah also takes the extra time to explain what I can do at home in between visits, even the proper way to sit down. I look forward to my appointments, I feel like I'm in the hands of a friend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sarah Tregaskiss for a few years now. She is always knows how to get at the tough spots. I have had nagging neck issues that she seems to be able to get me relief for. Even on the worst of days. And on those bad days she seems to be able to always find time to sneak me in. Her staff is always welcoming and easy to deal with when I make appointments or have to reschedule them. You honestly can't be in better hands.

I highly recommend Dr Tregaskiss. I have been to several D.C. and nobody even comes close in the level of care and understanding that she provides. I never feel rushed, and I typically have a few 'issues' to sort out. She takes the time to assess properly, helped me with a brace for my ankle, and even gives me stretches to do at home. If you are looking for a chiropractor, make an appointment with Dr Tregaskiss. The office atmosphere is welcoming, and Josette the administrator makes me feel like I am at home.

Sarah is so knowledgeable and so understanding. She listens attentively to your complaints and is willing to try a variety of methods until you are satisfied. She is sensitive to patients' fears of "cracking" and will use a different procedure whenever possible. Her office staff is very pleasant and very efficient. I have recommended Sarah to several people over the years and will continue to do so.

I have never been to chiropractor before, but the pain in my shoulder was getting worse and after two years of suffering I finally decided to see a chiropractor. I am very lucky I found Dr. Sarah. She found the problem very quickly and was able to treat it within 5 sessions. I have NO pain in the shoulder and neck even after exercising which I was able to do for 8 months. Thanks, Dr. Sarah!!!

Dr.Tregaskiss is the 4th Chiropractic I have consulted about several conditions. She was the only Dr. that took the time to listen to my concerns/ conditions and then treated me accordingly. Other Dr's just gave me "the standard" treatment or gimmicks. Dr. Tregaskiss is holistic in her approach with proven results. She continues to treats my condition without trying to gouge my insurance or wallet. Today I am pain free with maintenance. Dr. Tregaskiss is highly recommended if you are looking for true chiropractic treatment that works.
