This doctor is a God send. Been in the system 10 years without a proper diagnosis, he was able to make one and explain why my GP prescribed meds were the wrong ones for my disorder. He's an expert with medications. He's following me now and referring me to a therapy program. You're blessed if you get him as a doctor. Top notch.

What impressed me was that he read ALL of my file from my previous Pysch, meaning I wasn't starting from square one with him, he is attentive, relaxed and very knowledgeable about my condition! Full marks!!

It was my first consultation with a psychiatrist and was quite nervous but he made me very comfortable. He wasn't judgmental at all, he was very understanding and helpful and offered me the appropriate resources.

Dr.Milovan est un excellent psychiatre. Il a une bonne ecoute, Il est très bon en relation d'aide et de plus il connait très bien la psychiatrie. Excellent docteur. Il me traite depuis plusieurs années et grâce à son expérience et connaissances a réussis a trouver la bonne dose et combinaison de médicament pour m'aider à avoir une vie plus normal et équilibré. Toujours à l'écoute et très pertinent dans ses interventions. Très compétent et respecté dans son domaine. De plus très compétent lors d'urgence à l'hopital où entre autre je fit mon entré en psychiatrie. Quelle chance vous aurez si vous avez un jour à l'avoir comme médecin.

Excellent docteur, connaissant et sympathique. Il rend tout de suite à l'aise, fait un compte rendu détaillé des discussions et n'effectue pas d'analyse "entre les lignes" sans avoir vérifié. Ses questions sont pertinentes.
