Dr Wong has been my family doctor since my first pregnancy, he was caring and always attended to my concerns patiently. He would not prescribe any medications unless he thought it's really needed. (Hence some may arrive at a conclusion that he is not helping and he did nothing). In the last 8 years seeing him, he proved that his judgement was always right and reliable.

I had a bad experience with Dr Wong. I had a WCB claim for my wrist, Dr Wong filled the claim form said for my leg. After WCB rejected my claim. I went to see Dr Wong and asked him to correct the form that he put the wrong information. He said he won't change any information that he filled on the form.
I showed my company's first aid record to WCB, still rejected.

Not a great doctor. Lazy and will treat you with the least amount of effort as possible. Grandfather recently developed a cyst on his lower back. I'm no doctor myself and as soon as I saw it, I said it was a cyst and needs to be cut out by a doctor. And all Dr. Boon Wong did was prescribe my Grandfather some anti inflammatory medication? Like, hello? It's clearly a cyst, even if you don't want to do it yourself, at least tell him he needs to go to a hospital and cut it out.

We have been with doctor Wong for 10years now he delivered both my kids... he doesn’t prescribe medication easily which we are thankful for, very understanding and knowledgeable. We live 2hours away now and refuse to switch doctor....

Horrible doctor - never follows up on results or concerns. I've been waiting months for important ultrasound results which is the most recent of my frustrations. In the past I've never had any success in getting my concerns met, including one that ended in me being hospitalized for 2 days just a few hours of leaving the appointment where he told me immy concerns are "normal"

I went to Wong because my regular family doctor was on vacation for a few weeks and I needed a check up. Honestly he did not listen to my health concerns. Wong just waved them away saying it was "normal" and that I should be okay in the next weeks. I did not feel any better. When my regular family doctor came back I voiced my concerns and I was given a prescription. I am now better. Wong did not know what he was doing or know what he was saying. I don't think he cares about his clients who come to him for advice or help. Or he isn't a doctor who can help you. Take caution with this doctor. He might have a Ph.D but he doesn't show it.

My mom had been seeing Dr BOOn Wong for a few years. He was OK since it was check ups. Recently the past year she had an accident. Told him that she felt numbness in her hands. If he had any medical knowledge this is a red flag as perhaps something neurological, combined with the other symptoms disclosed to him from her accident. He should have recommended further tests, BUT instead told her to "wear mitts" because numbness was due to coldness to her hands. How stupid is this doctor?! We do not see him anymore. Dr BOOn Wong is terrible; would not recommend if you have serious health concerns. We have a new doctor for my mom now and right away she ordered tests for my mom's numb hands. There was concern after all! Dr BOOn Wong did not care about his patient: only seeing as many patients as possible in a day to make his quota and make $$$. Pathetic.

He also slapped my buttocks. I felt harassed and assaulted. I am ashamed of myself he is the worse. He attacked me emotionally and physically.
