Thankfully I went to another consultant otherwise I would probably be dying or dead. Despite years attending his clinic he failed to find a glesson eight cancer and has never attempted to find out why I don't attend his clinic anymore, couldn't care less.

Office doesn't answer emails calls no matter how many sent.

No response whatsoever
If you don't want the GPs to.refer have the decency to decline or respond

Think Dr Tom Creagh has just taken on too many patients, meet him, had a camera/diagnosis and no follow up, doesn't answer phone calls or emails. Haven't heard from him in 5 months , no matter how many messages. Very disappointed in him and have had to be referred to another urologist.

My Consultation with Mr Creagh was very pleasant . He was a gentleman very knowledgeable & experienced in his field.
His secretary Angela was a lovely lady , she was very helpful attentive & professional towards me . Overall it was a very positive experience.

Difficult to get phone or email answered. Poor follow up and left me disfigured.

I visited this doctor in person, visit was ok but very quick, after prescribing some antibiotics i was supposed to have a follow up visit to schedule further test but him/the secretary never got back to my emails or called me back as agreed.

Visiting this Dr and was booked for an op. Paid a huge fee. He cancelled the op and never responded to any of my emails trying to reschedule. Waste of time

Highly Recommend / 5 star treatment .... couldnt say enough good things !!
My father has been attending Dr Creagh for many years and I can not recommend him enough . My father was quite sick when first referred , thanks to Dr. Creagh's watchful eye and constant check up appointments , my father's health has really improved. Dr Creagh really cares about his patients. Angela is wonderful , very pleasant and professional. I have had no problem booking any appointments and when talking to Angela, she also cares about the patients. Both a pleasure to deal with .

Very capable consultant,however Never answers emails and Angela very rarely answers the phone or calls back,the consultant himself sent a 1 sentence letter confirming my wife no longer had a kidney stone,but with no reference to her other issues very frustrating we have to go somewhere else to figure out the rest,very disappointing.

Attended this consultant for many years but have chosen to leave him as he kept me on a antibiotic for years that I discovered should not have been on for more than 6 months.Never answers emails and Angela very rarely answers the phone or calls back.
I feel he has lost interest and maybe he is heading for retirement. Just felt totally abandoned by him .
