Been going there for 7 years , very professional staff , the doctor is very knowledgeable .I recommend him for anybody

I called to schedule an appt because I am sick only to be told by Madalyn that the "office is closed" then laughed stating "I am just joking". That was very unprofessional. She stated they had no appts after explaining my face is swollen after being diagnosed with the Flu. Kelly who very ride gets on the phone an stated they do not see sick patients in the office. I asked if this was new because last I heard Dr Alsheikh is an internal medicine doctor and he treats sick patients. Per Kelly Dr Alsheikh does not want any sick patients in the office. His staff is going to ruin his office and reputation. Very sad!!

I do not even know where to begin, so often people are so quick to complain but I wanted to take a minute to brag about the positive impact that this office has had on my quality of life. Melissa Brown, Dr. Alsheikh, Lori, and the entire staff here are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to listen and take care of everyone that walks through their doors. Their lobby is always full and the phone is always ringing and never once have I ever felt unimportant from the moment I walk in. I have been suddenly hit head-on with headaches that are inexplicable and debilitating and this entire office has worked tirelessly to help me diagnose, treat, help with paperwork, put up with my million questions and phone calls but have never given up on me or trying to help me figure out why this is happening and how to increase my quality of life, even when I feel like giving up. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for innovative, caring, quality medical care. Thank you TWMC for all you do and for always being amazing!! Honestly may not be here without you!! =)

An excellent doctor and pays attention to comments on the portal so we can communicate with him between visits. Concerned about any problems and willing to have them followed up by him or a specialist.

I did have my preventive care in his office, the nurse was nice but the reception staffs were rude.
The doctor is very nice, but his physical check didn't cover everything, and to make everything worse, they bill me $120 for patient establish visit, and I tried to understand the reason since this a preventive care (always free).
So he is nice, but he is not knowledgeable enough and you need to watch the billing side.
I am going to change my doctor for my next check.
