Dr. Bosley is just excellent all the way around. She knows her stuff, but more importantly, she clearly goes the extra mile with her patients.

I saw Dr. Bosley at the end of the COVID lockdown and followed up in a telehealth visit. All office visits were awkward during COVID and this visit was just like all others. The doctor had read my tests and was well prepared for my visit. I was hoping for surgery, but Dr Bosley suggested that I try drugs first. She has me on two scripts and the drugs have my symptoms under control with no side-effects. My in-person visit and follow-up telehealth session were both very positive and professional.

OMG A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME THIS WOMAN IS TOTALLY NUTS THEY NEED TO FIRE HER PERIOD! THIS DR TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED A NEUROLOGIST FOR A SIMPLE REOCCURING SINUS INFECTION SHE WAS COMPARING ME TO ANOTHER PATIENT SHE SAID THAT PATIENT HAD THE SAME SYMPTOMS LOOK LADY I AM NOT YOUR OTHER PATIENT JUST BECAUSE WE HAVE THE SAME SYMPTOMS DOES NOT MEAN ITS THE SAME INFECTION ETC ALSO THIS BTCH NEVER CALLED IN MY FLONASE WHEN I ARRIVED AT THIS OFFICE I WAS THE ONLY PATIENT SITTING THERE LETS SEE I WONDER WHY I AM FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS NO GOOD TROLL. DO US ALL A FAVOR AND FIRE THIS WOMAN I THINK SHE IS A TOTAL IDIOT!

This office is not concerned with any new patients so if you have elderly parents with balance or hearing or acoustical issues do not bother calling them. They are not seeing patient unless an "emergency". Not sure what their definition of emergency is, but apparently you must expose your loved ones to the menaces of the ED visit before they can be bothered.

I had been putting off having surgery for years , but after consulting with Dr. Bosley i had no reservations about getting it done, her confidence was very reassuring, the operation went so well i feel foolish for having waited so long . definitely would recommend her and her staff at Norwin surgery center , thanks again Doctor Bosley.

My general doctor referred me to Dr. Bosley due to chronic sinus infection. When she entered the room she aggressively charges at me with questions on why I am there. I felt like running out of the room. She is very unfriendly. It was clear to me that she never bothered to look at my medical record before coming in to meet me. She is so intimidating that I dared to ask her any questions. The person rating her with 5 stars must know her personally or they were very lucky to catch her on a good day. I would not recommend Dr. Bosley unless you are looking for a doctor that clearly does not know how to be friendly or kind to a new patient.

I was concerned after reading some of the negative reviews about Dr. Bosley. I'm glad I went and met her. i think she was very nice. Explained stuff so I could understand, took her time, double checked stuff and was very thorough. She was very pleasant and understanding and took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I highly recommend her. And all of her office staff were very friendly and nice and caring. Don't go by the reviews if you need a ears nose and throat spec. don't hesitate to visit Dr. Bosley.

Aggressive and condescending. Walked in and gave a diagnosis without even looking at me. Talked to me like I was a child. Interrupted me repeatedly as I was trying to explain my symptoms. Couldn't explain a reason for the majority of my symptoms, but insisted that her preconceived diagnosis was correct based on one symptom. Jabbed her fingers into my ears as a "medical test", which left them sore for 2 days afterwards. Contradicted everything that the PA had told me in my prior visit, despite the PA's recommendations being helpful. Dr. Bosley's were not. Bedside manner is awful--very in-your-face, rushed, and forceful. Felt less like I was a patient and more like I was wasting her time. Was told to my face that if she had a cure for what she thought I had, she'd be rich and living on a yacht, not working as a doctor. Completely opposite experience from my visit with the PA-C the month before. If you schedule an appointment here, don't schedule with Dr. Bosley. She's more interested in making money than helping patients.

Discontinued care by the assessment of pcp, that was INCORRECT. Have seen 3 drs since, including going to ER, as suggested by DR. Bosley. Bosley was suggesting a ct scan. The er doctor stated that any doctor that is suggesting a ct scan (which has high levels of radiation) for the present symptoms, needs more training. Happy to move on but warn others, this doctor needs to ask more questions, review all assessments or do an assessment herself so she dont seem unintelligent.
