I have had both a colonoscopy and a gastroscopy with Dr Wong and find both him and his staff to be professional, knowlegable, kind, curtious with a gentle touch. I would not hesitate in recommending him.

He is very caring and knowledgeable. I had colonoscopy and school exam the following day. He and the nurses suggested me not to put on sedation which i didn’t. And he was ao gentle the whole procedure. So glad i didn’t have to sedate.

when you are asking the patient what tests she's had, don't know that she is scheduled for surgery or when and won't answer simple questions - that rates a big fat zero for me

I’m fairly certain Dr Wong is not neurotypical and that is why he comes across as having poor social skills.

Unfortunately, in this job, social skills are super important.

Good staff but bad doctor. Was impatient, belittling, uncaring. Procedure went fine and he shot out right after. Kept looking at phone or computer. Just saw the BC bluebook that he makes 1mil a year. I guess money can't buy happiness with this sad state of a man.

Not much chit chat, but I could not have felt that I was in better hands. Very competent. Colonoscopy - In and out without sedation and highly skilled. Sure, we didn’t chat like it was a lunch date or anything, but he was not rude, just very to the point and focussed to the task at hand.

One of the WORST doctors I have ever met. I went in for an emergency scope because I was bleeding and had abdominal pain and after the scope it was determined I had cancer. Just his tone of delivering that message along with the statement where he tells me to eat soft foods and "if I am worried about the calorie count, I shouldn't be" implying that I was obese. What kind of doctor does that? I call his office a few days later because I still had pain and he REFUSED to even take the call or give any type of solution. I went to a walkin clinic and got some pain meds the next day.

Victor Wong should not be a doctor, lacks empathy to the extreme and only cares about money, it's very evident. STAY AWAY from this quack and if you get referred to him, ask for someone else. All these negative reviews are correct on this "doctor"
