I broke C-6 and C-7 on a mountain bike. No surgery was necessary at the time however over a period of 12 years I was in an incredible amount of pain. I went to several closer surgeons closer to me and they were all very eager to fuse this and that put rods and pins here and there. So I decided to go back to Dr. Segal. He did and long and extensive operation on me and I came out of surgery virtually with no fusions , no pins, no rods and no pain. I didn't have what so ever. He gave me meds and there was no need to take them. That was six years ago and I am still going strong. He is the best!!!!
