Dr. Mashoof is an awesome dentist. The front people are not though that much knowledgeable and helpful, anyhow my experience with Dr. M was my best experience I ever had.

to start, the office assistant had a breath that reeked like sewer and she was mean and had no customer skills. I had to wait too long and they still charged my insurance even though my visit was short and I complained to them. I spent about 2.5 to 3.5 hours there and they did not fix anything.

Went in April ‘12.Dentist said ext. and implant at same time. Ext. was 2.5 hours.He used algae for the bone graft. No meds or f/u. Area was sore, became infected. Went back.Dentist took x-rays.Turned into 4 hour appt.He tried to remove implant and couldn’t. He lasered out algae and re-grafted using bone and algae.Area got infected again.I went to an oral surgeon who was surprised that an implant and extraction were done on the same day.Upon taking an x-ray the surgeon found the algae was floating and was likely the source of infection.He had to remove it all and the implant. I tried to email CD 2x.No response.I sent certified mail and rcv’d a letter back & partial refund. I emailed, twice again, for a full refund–no response.Sent another cert mail. They emailed-they would give me a refund for all but $100 & couldn’t give my x-rays due to a sys upgrade in Jan and patient data was lost.I emailed(3x)- I had seen them again in March-provide me x-rays from that time.No response.

I was seen 4 hours after my scheduled appointment (the dentist was running behind and I was asked to come back). I was numbed the 2nd time -- after the dentist drilled my tooth (did not tell me why). The temporary crown fell off 2 hours after I left the office. I left the voicemail on the "emergency line" -- no one called me back. When I called again I was told by the dentist to get cement at Bartell and put the temp. crown back in. (??)

Dr. Mashoof is a wonderful biological dentist that you has his patients best interests at heart completely. He is the only reason we ever drive to the Eastside!

Bought a coupon for discounted Zoom Whitening... had a horrible experience. First I sat in the waiting room for 40 mintutes after my appt was supposed to start. Then when I finally get into the chair, the lady didn't even use the Zoom light as advertised! She painted stuff on my teeth and left me, never explained what she was doing or when she would be back. My gums were on fire the entire time. When she took the stuff off my teeth she shakes her head and says "ooh you're gums look bad". I have a horrible chemical burn on my gums and they are now blistered and won't stop bleeding. And my teeth are NOT whiter! Warning to anyone who purchased the Living Social coupon!! I would not go here, they do not follow Zoom procedure correctly!!

Professional and excellent at injections - those were best I've ever had. He is a little soft spoken and occasionally difficult to understand but the gentle nature also makes for a good chair side manner.

Everyone in Crossroad Dental is very nice, specially Dr. Mashoof. He is very knowledgable in holistic field and he did agrat job educating me as well. He listens and listens. I will not go any other dental office but there, though I have to wait on the chair sometimes.

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A NATURAL DENTIST FOR LONG TIME. HE DOESNT USE FLORIDE, USES SOMTHING ELSE. I JUST LOVE THAT FACT. I TRUST HIM TO DO ANYTHING ON MY TEETH, I KNOW THAT HE WILL ALWAYS DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH ALL THE WORK HE HAS DONE. HE IS A VERY NICE PERSON, AND STAFF AS WELL. I WOULDN'T GO TO ANY OTHER DENTIST BUT HIM. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING DR. MASHOOF.
