They got me right in for an appointment and the dentist is very current with holistic ways of doing dental extractions. He allowed me to spend a considerable amount of time asking questions and he listened well. Instead of breathing in the mercury vapors,I paid for oxygen while he performed the removal. The dentist and assistant also wore masks. I was very pleased with the work, and even though I had the full left side of my mouth done (upper and lower quadrants), I had very little discomfort and so the recovery time was very minimal, in fact less than 24 hours. This was a huge change from when I had the right side done by Dr. Duane Jones (F.W.) who did not give me oxygen and I could not put any pressure on my teeth on the right side for 2 weeks and it took 2 months to fully recover. Dr Mashoof's fee's were MUCH MORE reasonable than Dr. Jones too. I also appreciated being given activated charcoal, a substance that absorbs poisons from the GI tract.
