Most importantly, he doesnt actually care for your health. I use to think medicine was a hard profession but after having witnessed firsthand dr hung’s practice, i think its the laziest profession to learn and master. All you need to do is a see a patient for 5 mins, give them the same drugs / antibiotics I and no need to even remember their name.

Worst receptionist ever in the WORLD, extremely RUDE and impolite, wait time is ridicules long even you are on time and if you are one minute late then the reception will make you wait even longer since they have the power to hand whoever they want.

I’ve been with Dr. James for more than 19 years, didn’t have any major health issues when I was young but until I had my own children and started to see him often in time. Like other said, he was rushing and try to finish my turn very quickly most of the time and even said to me at the visit that I couldn’t ask too many questions and he also said he can only answer 2 more question...so since when there’s a rule which “you cannot ask too many question to your doctor”. I had enough of them and I am looking for other doctors for my family especially my kids, I will not let my family’s folders sit in there clinic and make the gov pay them every month, they don’t worth a penny at all with this kind of service. I swear to god that I am tell you guys the truth, welcome to contact me if you don’t believe it and if you are the receptionist who is reading this review and you should be shame of what you did to thousand of the patients, also Dr. James you can only cure people on small cases, you are very unprofessional.

I have been going to Dr James Hung for more than 20 years. He often rushes the appointment and overlook diagnosis. His referrals are all Cantonese professionals private practicing costing an arm and a leg. It’s no surprise the reviews of him are bad. Unfortunately, his staff is rude as well. There is one receptionist who is not mindful, professional or polite. She has been working there for a very long time and she is abrasive and rude. This family
doctor is only good for the simple cold and flu, nothing more because he simply acts like he does not care by not listening, rushing and objecting your symptoms. I would not recommend.

Awesome doctor! However the receptionists at this clinic is beyond horrible. Ridiculous. Especially Crystal, they need to fire her because she does not respect privacy or patient’s feelings. She is good for corruption and asking for gifts all the time. She is illmannered and does not have any respect for anyone. Very unhelpful and awfully rude.

Very patient and kind whenever I've visited him. Not sure what peoples complaints about feeling rushed is about as I've never felt that way in any of my visits.

This is guy rushes his appointments like he's going to catch the next train in the subway. Way too optimistic about patient's condition, never really listens to what your concerns are. He's only there to make a few bucks, definitely not someone I would choose for my health. I have since switched to another Doctor 3 years ago. He is only rated popular by patients who has minor colds/flus where it can be easily resolved by an over the counter drug!

Dr. Hung is professional and knowledgeable. He has been my family Doctor for over 15 years. I always see him so friendly to all the patients. His staff Crystal and Nancy are friendly and efficient. They are like Aunties caring about all the patients. That’s why I have been referring so many friends and family to come to Dr. Hung.
