I have never had a doctor treat me as well as Dr.Bonacci. Everyone is so caring from the front desk reception, to the nurse, to the residents and then Dr.Bonacci. My husband and I as well as our two young kids (age 1&2) are lucky enough to call Dr.Bonacci our family doctor. He doesn’t rush you, talks to you like a real human being, hears your concerns and provides a compassionate and comprehensive plan to address your issues. I really have nothing negative to say. I feel truly fortunate to be a patient at the Queen’s Family Health team in Belleville.

Joey is the best GP that I have ever had and in my 60 yrs I’ve had many. Easy to talk to, great listener and willing to try things that I suggest. I don’t feel that he is condescending at all but regards my opinion as important. He investigates issues thoroughly and doesn’t rush me out the door. I feel so fortunate that he is my Dr. Appointments can be booked online.

Dr. Bonacci and his staff are undoubtedly in the right field. They truly care about your families well being as well as your personal autonomy over your care. I leave feeling heard and validated. Can't recommend this team enough. Dr. Bonacci is on time, he's kind, thorough and respectful. His team are welcoming, accommodating and professional. 20/10
