Good experience overall. Seems knowledgable, cares about patients. Usually have to call to get results. Staff is friendly and accomodating.

I love Dr. Lefebvre. She listens, she gives you all the time you need, you never feel rushed. She has an excellent "bedside manner." That said, any communication outside the office is impossible. Repeated calls do not get answered, prescriptions do not get filed, e-mails don't get replies...on and on. Whether this is a staff problem, or one that is being blamed on the staff, I do not know. The office is friendly and welcoming while you're there, but if you need any follow-up, woe is you!

You may wait a while in the office but she is amazing! My son hates the drs office as most 4 yo do and it use to be a battle to go but he LOVES her! She is excellent with him and I feel like she listens to my concerns! So glad to have her!

Total lack of communication with patient and other specialists, lack of follow-up, lack of responsiveness, flippant attitude at times.

HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF! The doctor is great but her staff is the worst, won't respond for weeks and never fills out paperwork on time. DR.Lefebvre should reconsider hiring a different staff, she is a great doctor!

Very nice,easy to talk to, non judgmental. Does what GP is supposed to do. Explains well, good judgment. Even if she is backed up, she gives you all the time you need. If you have a problem they fit you in same day. Her N.P. Karen Egeness is also excellent.
