Blue Cross / Blue Shield
The doctor I have worked with for 4 years now is outstanding. The reception staff is outstanding. The Nursing staff should not be in this profession. Not one time has anything to do with them gone correctly. They dont treat you with respect. When you try to complain, for this first time in your life (not even when the drive thru gets it wrong) NOBODY cares. They make you feel like a substandard human being.
